It really hasn’t sunk in yet…but custom essay after eight and a half months of gruelling rides across all four corners of the country, we smashed the £100,000 target!
For those that attended the Doncaster game, you will have witnessed the generosity of the Leicester City owners! Going into the game we were just shy of £90,000 and I’ll be honest, I was feeling a little downhearted that we hadn’t managed to hit the £100,000 target.
I was invited onto the pitch at half time because, as some of you may be aware, the Leicester City owners had pledged to donate £1,000 for every ride I completed earlier in the research papers season. I was under the impression that Birch would be presenting us with a cheque for £23,000, but nothing could have prepared me for what happened next!
To my amazement, ‘Top’ appeared on the touchline as Birch explained that having heard we were slightly short, he had decided to raise his initial donation of £23,000 to an astonishing £45,000! We’d done it! All those miles of pedalling through wind, rain, sleet and hail had been worth it…the target had actually been smashed!
From the bottom of my heart I can’t thank ‘Top’ and the rest of his family, along with SkyBet, Leicester City supporters and the football community in general for supporting me throughout this whole campaign, without you it wouldn’t have been possible term paper writing service and I will be forever grateful!
Next stop…Houston, Texas!
